Interface efficiently monitors thousands of intrusion and fire alarm systems throughout North America. The automation system monitors incoming signals from high security data lines and processes these signals instantaneously, immediately accessing customer files and presenting operators with all the information needed to respond.

In addition to emergency signals, we monitor diagnostic signals that your system sends to alert us to certain conditions such as low battery or system trouble..

Interface operators are trained to be courteous and efficient, even in emergency situations. We offer unique, customized response plans, which can be easily modified if necessary. When a signal is received, we notify the appropriate authorities and any other parties you have instructed us to contact, in the order you have specified. We also prepare special reports for commercial customers, which show data such as “openings and closings” or access granted by time, location or employee.

The Interface Data Center Optimizes Service Availability

The Interface Data Center is where trained network administrators supervise, monitor and maintain our network connectivity. Data Center administrators monitor the detailed status of the network or networks being monitored, each with the ability take immediate action to manage those networks. The Data Center is the focal point for network troubleshooting, software distribution and updating, router management, performance monitoring, and coordination with affiliated networks.
