The person hired for this position will handle a large volume of phone calls answering customer inquiries in addition to performing customer satisfaction surveys. The focus of this position is to solve problems and retain customers.

Qualified candidates must have at least two years of previous telephone customer service experience, proficient in Word and Excel, organized and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
