Purpose and Scope:Install and Service the vast array of products we sale.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Installation, repair and programming of Security/Fire alarm, CCTV, Access Control and VOIP systems.
- Responds to service requests, diagnoses system malfunctions of electronic security and life safety systems and makes adjustments, repairs or replaces the equipment.
- Provides service and support for all aspects of system inspection and maintenance.
- Maintains accurate records of all work performed, material used and communicates any problem encountered or identified with the alarm system.
- Performs related tasks as required.
- Candidates will have extensive knowledge of burglar and fire alarm, CCTV, access control, LANs and other related systems.
- Previous experience within the alarm industry installing or servicing this type of equipment is preferred.
- Must be able to obtain a state alarm license.
- Excellent customer service skills a plus.
- Candidates must also have a clear driving record.
